Our philosophy is one of minimum interference with nature employing a sustainable approach to growing our wines to obtain maximum quality in what we produce. Nestled in Woomargama National Park, NSW - Australia, Les has utilised the granite soils to produce a sustainable natural product which displays interesting varietal characteristics.
Our Roots:
Les Hanel has been growing wines at Flyfaire for 20 years (established 1993) and has had plenty of time to figure out what will produce great quality wine. Not because we want to be known as "a green winery," but because we know that great wine has to have great green values. (more).
